01. General Rules

By purchasing from us, you automatically agree to all terms listed below. Failure to follow ANY rule will result in NO PRODUCT and NO REFUND.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated.

02. Payment Policy

  • You MUST send the exact amount required. Wrong amount = NO PRODUCT / NO REFUND.
  • You MUST include the exact NOTE required by the website. Missing or incorrect note = NO REFUND / NO PRODUCT.
  • Any payment sent by mistake or before contacting us will be treated as a DONATION.

03. PayPal Protocols

  • PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is NOT ACCEPTED.
  • G&S payment = NO PRODUCT | NO REFUND | NO REPLACEMENT.
  • PayPal payments must be Friends & Family (F&F) ONLY.
  • NO NOTES unless clearly instructed. BALANCE MONEY ONLY for ticket orders.

04. Cash App Rules

  • Chargebacks or disputes are NOT ACCEPTED. Any dispute attempt = INSTANT BLACKLIST.
  • NO NOTES unless instructed. Wrong or extra note = NO REFUND | NO PRODUCT.
  • You must send the EXACT AMOUNT ONLY. Incorrect amount = NO PRODUCT / NO REFUND.

05. Product & Accounts

  • If the product or account does not work in your country, it is NOT our responsibility.
  • You are NOT allowed to change email or password. Changing data = INSTANT WARRANTY VOID.
  • Attempting to lie, fake proof, or abuse replacements will result in permanent blacklist.

06. Warranty Period

  • All products come with a 15-day warranty for product replacements.
  • Warranty is valid ONLY if you have NOT changed email, password, or any account data.
  • After 15 days from purchase, NO WARRANTY or REPLACEMENT is provided.
  • You MUST provide Invoice ID and clear proof (video/screenshot) within the warranty period.

07. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are NOT guaranteed and reviewed case by case.
  • You MUST provide Invoice ID and clear proof (video/screenshot).
  • Failure to provide proof = NO REPLACEMENT.
  • Replacements are ONLY available within the 15-day warranty period.

08. Blacklist Policy

If banned or blacklisted: NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT, NO FUTURE SERVICE. We take our rules seriously to protect our community and business.
